MySalesDirector was created when 2 successful consultancies Performability Limited and Ash Viney Limited decided to merge together. Click here to Meet the Team.
The 3 principal directors from these companies have a combined experience of over 70 years of sales and sales management working with a wide range of companies and industry types including SME, Enterprise and global blue chip companies.
Through their unique experience working in these sales organisations and industries it became apparent that there was some clear common denominators for the lack of sales performance regardless of the size of the company.
These were found to be :
- Salespeople not positioned correctly which means they are not selling to the right people.
- They have no effective method of working or process so they are not selling in the right way.
- They lack the correct skills specifically required for their particular sales role.
- Companies lack the ability to be able to accurately measure and maintain capability.
MySalesDirector has successfully delivered a solution for these requirements by offering a sales healthcheck which is an in depth analysis to bring a real understanding to any organisation around their sales capability and methodology.
The approach is developed on an individual basis to define the ongoing strategy and to assist in the full implementation of this.
